Guessing The Lines

I went 3-1-1 last week to put me at 24-20-1 on the year in the Circa Millions. At this point I’d need a near miracle to cash in the overall, but there are still plenty of shorter-duration prizes to be had. Plus, as much as I’d like to win a significant sum, I pick the games because I enjoy it — I enjoy testing my reads against the reality of a complex system. It’s odd, but with so many consequential events happening in the world right now, handicapping NFL hasn’t gotten old for me. It might one day, but for now I’m still living and dying with it.
