Man that was outstanding. I gave them maybe a 10 to 15% chance of winning that game. We just don't tend to do well against mobile quarterbacks and I would have bet on the Ravens, had I wagered. I couldn't believe all the pressure we got on Lamar, and the fact that we were able to finish and bring him to the ground was awesome. I hope that wasn't the peak game of the season, as you want to be peaking come January, but regardless, it sure was enjoyable. Lastly, I love the way Monty runs... he has a bit of that Le'veon Bell patience in him, where he pauses, hops, then puts his foot in the ground and bursts into the hole. He's not as talented as Gibbs, but he's impressive in his own right.
haha... my son loves "Indiana Jones" so much to the point he wants a jersey, and I got a guy who gets them at a "fell of the truck" price, so I put in an order.
One more that we have to revisit is your Baker Mayfield/Goff comparison from a couple years back. Apparently it wasn'tas much of a slight as I perceived to compare Goff to Baker, either, so my apologies. Hilarious that the Browns let him walk, looking back on it.
Goff is statistically so much better than both those guys that it still really isn't a comparison with either of them, although neither appear to qualify as an insult anymore.
Also, Dimes excelling in Indy shows what having a functional O-line can do.

Goff also played well, but think we need to revisit my Dimes = Goff comp after this year!

Goff is legit good, but Mayfield (and probably Dimes) would ball out in that offense too.
Great article mate. Nailed it on the Lions tackling of Lamar. Never seen a team finish like that on him…
thanks Jeff
