Three Bets
I made three bets today on the Circa Sports app which I figured out I could download in Colorado. It’s pretty basic — couldn’t find any player props or parlays — but I think the prices I got were decent. (Open to be proven wrong on this front.)
The first bet was Giants +7000 (70 to 1) to win the NFC. I almost did +15000 (150:1) to win the Super Bowl, but the AFC is much tougher, so I just went with the conference.
The biggest obstacles are the Buccaneers (45 YO Tom Brady likely missing Gronk, Chris Godwin for half the year, no Ndamukong Suh, no JPP, though losing Bruce Arians is a plus), the Rams (solid, but top-heavy), Packers (curious to see the offense without Davante Adams) and Cowboys (best team on paper, but Mike McCarthy is a liability.) The 49ers are pretty good, too, but who knows whether Trey Lance can play? Otherwise it’s wide open. In the AFC, you have the Broncos, Chiefs, Chargers, Colts, Titans, Ravens, Bengals and Bills — eight strong teams vs. five.
